Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet all of the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
All seals must be intact
Items must be in resalable condition
Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
To request a return, contact us at shop@buyhonor.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:
Opened or used supplements
Any food, ingestible, or perishable products
Personal care products once opened
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Promotional or free items
If an item has been opened or tampered with, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at shop@buyhonor.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately once the return is processed.
Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return criteria or show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Abuse and Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or future purchases in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, or fraud.
